Otokar Makes First Vehicle Delivery to Scandinavia with Three TERRITO Buses to Sweden

Otokar accelerates its expansion in Europe by delivering three TERRITO buses to Swedish operator Kolmårdens Buss och Transport AB in Kolmården, Sweden. The vehicles will serve both school transport and charter services. The delivery is a significant step in the expansion of Otokar’s presence in the Scandinavian market.

Türkiye’s leading automotive manufacturer Otokar, continues to strengthen its position across Europe with its first vehicle delivery to Scandinavia. The company has delivered three 12-meter TERRITO buses to Kolmårdens Buss och Transport AB, a transport operator in Kolmården, Sweden. The vehicles will be deployed in school transport and charter services, addressing the diverse transportation needs of the region. The primary factors that led to the selection of TERRITO include its competitive total cost of ownership, Otokar's flexible service solution, and the ease of servicing and repair. 

This delivery represents an important step in Otokar's strategic expansion into the Scandinavian market, where demand for reliable and efficient transport solutions continues to grow. The TERRITO model, known for its versatility and robust performance, has been specifically selected to meet the operational requirements of Swedish transport services

Available in three different lengths (10.86 m, 12.20 m, and 13.00 m), the TERRITO offers flexibility for various operational needs, from school transport to intercity and charter services. The vehicle features independent front suspension for superior passenger comfort, a spacious 5 m³ luggage compartment, and is also available in a dedicated school version. It is equipped with Euro 6 technology compatible with HVO/XTL fuels, featuring Cummins engines with 233 kW (320 HP) power output. The vehicle is designed for easy maintenance and can be adapted to specific operator requirements, making it a cost-effective and reliable solution for modern transport operations. Winner of the German Design Award 2023 in Excellent Product Design, the TERRITO has gained recognition across Europe for its functional design and operational excellence.
